Shipping/Delivery
Big Bath strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are in processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our logistic partner from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
Operation Cut Off Time
Our operation cut off time is at 4pm from Monday to Thursday. Any order made after 4pm will be bring forth to the next working days. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
Delivery Area & Lead Time
At this juncture, delivery service is available to Klang Valley only.
Delivery Time: 3-5 Working Days.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, please call our logistic partner hotline 24 hours in advance to re-arrange the delivery.
Self-Pick Up
- Other than delivery to your doorstep, you may choose to self-pick up at our logistic partner office
