What We Need From You:
- Test applications to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
- Respond to IT emergency situations.
- Maintain and ensure continuous uptime of the onsite IT infrastructure.
- Perform all daily tasks according to set procedures, rules and guidelines and ensure that they are aligned within the organization.
- Performs any other duties and functions, as and when required
- Experience in mobile app function - propose new function based on latest trend and evaluate the business needs including the flow improving and upgrading
What We Expect From You:
- BSc degree in information technology, Computer Science or similar
- Any knowledge and/or experience on Xilnex POS system & SAP software is a plus.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills combined with solution-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills to cooperate with numerous multicultural contacts
- Good understanding and know-how of Retail processes
- Ability and willingness to learn
