Ingredients: 40g of oats, 1 egg, 1 apple (grated), 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, Level teaspoon of cinnamon, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Method: Line a baking dish with baking paper, then preheat the oven to 180C. Next, mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, then spoon it into your dish. Pop the dish into the oven for 30 minutes until it turns golden. Finally, serve with a dollop of yogurt, flaxseed, toasted nuts, almond or peanut butter. Add a drizzle of maple syrup.
