The Retail Showroom Manager will manage the actual sales operations and execute the business strategies by leading, organizing, and monitoring the performance of the field sales to achieve the goals set success.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, independent, and service-oriented.
• Protect employees and customers - provide a safe and clean store environment.
• Accountable for the performance and profitability of the showroom.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills - develop good customer service with customers.
• Implement and coach team members on sales techniques, procedures, and standards - achieve their sales targets.
• Constantly motivate and enhance the bonding within the team by creating a positive working environment.
• Able to work under a fast paced environment.
A glance on the qualifications:
• Must able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa to communicate with customers and company personnel.
• At least 1 years of working experience in managing a team in the retail industry.
• Possess the drive to achieve targets with strong communication and interpersonal skill.
• Passionate and energetic with a growth mindset.
• Able to work weekend & off office hour.
• Possess own transport, willing to travel
