Your Role : -
- It's an exciting role, no day is the same! Diligence, optimism and positive towards life and work are essential.
- Good in creating structure, process flow, & framework to present a process step to others
- Organise meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers. Ensuring is well prepared for those meetings.
- He/She will complete wide range of complex administrative tasks and executive support related tasks.
- Must be exceedingly well organised, highly flexible, love to travel while working and enjoy challenges.
- This role provides wide variety of experiences. The superior highly values proactiveness and is looking for someone who is eager to learn and take on challenging responsibilities.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the superior
- Ability to work off office hour and some time able to work weekend
