Sales Coordinator
Selangor - Taming Jaya, seri kembangan

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales & marketing order possess which include processing orders, preparing quotation, delivery order, invoices, close follow-up action & letter to customer etc.
  • Monitoring customer back order and prepare back order report weekly.
  • Receive incoming calls related to customer enquiries & screening all email.
  • Co-ordinate and monitor warehouse activities including being responsible for level of stock
  • To liaise with other dept. & implement system to achieve maximum efficiency for customers & business satisfaction.
  • Responsible for any other sales support / administrative functions as & when required.
  • Undertake ad-hoc or special assignments as per assigned by HOD.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Taming Jaya,seri kembangan.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
  • Handle and manage key project customer
  • Presentation and product introduction for architect, QS and designers.
  • Achieve the profitability goals or objectives of the branch and organization.
  • Ensure that all areas of the work performance are properly staffed and directed.
  • Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees.
  • Address the customer and employees satisfaction promptly
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a branch, including distribution operations, products sales, customer services, sales in a manner that supports reaching profitability goals.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Good presentation skill and convincing power for project

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring memorable customer service is consistently delivered and be a convincing brand ambassador
  • Exceeding sales and service targets
  • Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards: clean and pristine store, eye-catching displays, organised back room
  • Maintaining inventory according to set procedures
  • Continuously improving product, company and industry knowledge
  • Performing any other relevant store duties to positively impact sales

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years  retail sales experience
